Wilfred McClay will speak on “The Soul of Man Under Federalism” at the University of Texas, Austin, for Constitution Day.
McClay is the G.T. and Libby Blankenship Chair in the History of Liberty at the University of Oklahoma.
The lecture is presented by The Thomas Jefferson Center for the Study of Core Texts.
