Statesmanship in American History

The James Madison Program at Princeton University, in cooperation with the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History, and with the support of the Jack Miller Center, is hosting a weeklong professional development program for 8th – 12th grade teachers on statesmanship in American history.

New Jersey

Sessions will be led by Allen GuelzoShilo Brooks, and Matthew Franck of Princeton University, Diana Schaub of Loyola University Maryland, and Nathan McAlister, from the Kansas State Department of Education. This program is open to teachers nationwide, and travel assistance and lodging will be provided. The application deadline is March 7.
