Caroline Mala Corbin (University of Miami School of Law) will deliver a JMC-sponsored Constitution Day lecture on freedom of speech at Miami Dade College, September 17 at 9:50 am.
Professor Corbin will discuss why the Constitution protects freedom of speech and examine its importance to maintaining a functioning democracy, promoting the search for knowledge, and encouraging the free exchange of ideas.
