Chartwell Lecture: Winston Churchill—Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow
Steven Hayward will give the Chartwell Lecture on “Winston Churchill—Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow” at the University of Alaska, Anchorage on November 27 from 7:30-9:00pm AKDT.
As the direct memories of Churchill fade with the passing of the World War II generation, political scientist and author Steven Hayward will review Churchill’s permanent legacy and explain how it still offers—and will always offer—timeless perspectives on how the world works.
This lecture will be followed by a student-faculty seminar titled “Winston Churchill for the 21st Century” with Professors Steven Hayward, Forrest A. Nabors, and James W. Muller and twelve students at the University of Alaska, Anchorage on November 28.
