Roosevelt Montas is Director of the Core Curriculum and a member of the American Studies faculty at Columbia University.
Dan-el Padilla, a classicist currently teaching in the Core, is en route to the Classics Department at Princeton. He is also the author of a remarkable memoir, Undocumented: A Dominican Boy’s Odyssey from a Homeless Shelter to the Ivy League.
