Eric Kasper is the Director of the Menard Center for Constitutional Studies at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. He is also a Professor of Political Science at the University and teaches courses on constitutional law, judicial politics, jurisprudence, and freedom of speech. Kasper has focused his research on these topics and others, including the Supreme Court and the relationship between politics and popular culture.

Dr. Kasper earned his B.A. in political science from UW-Eau Claire and his J.D., M.A., and Ph.D. in political science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
