Mark Scully is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Lee University. He teaches in American Politics and Public Administration. His research focuses on presidential rhetoric, presidential power, and political parties. He previously held a position at the University of the Ozarks.
Dr. Scully holds a B.A. from St. John’s College and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science from Baylor University.
