Patrick Troy

Manager of Development Operations

Patrick Troy joined the Jack Miller Center in July of 2021. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in 2019 with a dual major in History and Political Science and a minor in Communications. Patrick’s undergraduate thesis examined Union General George McClellan and detective Alan Pinkerton’s inflated estimates of Confederate soldiers during the American Civil War. As Manager of Development Operations, Patrick is responsible for donor and prospect tracking, database management, stewardship coordination, grants management, and fundraising progress reporting.
