Teacher Institute at the University of Toledo: The American Constitutional Tradition
The Institute of American Constitutional Thought & Leadership at the University of Toledo is offering a week-long institute for middle and high school teachers, with the support of the Jack Miller Center.
Participants will read, discuss, and analyze primary sources from a range of topics in the American constitutional tradition, including the separation of powers, federalism, religion and the Constitution, the crises of slavery and the Civil War, and American foreign policy. Sessions will be led by faculty from the University of Toledo and visiting lecturers.
Teachers will receive a $400 stipend for completion of the institute.
