The Declaration of Independence at 250: What Is Living and What Is Dead in Our Founding Principles?
JMC Board Member, Academic Council Member, and Fellow Elizabeth Busch; JMC Academic Council Member Daniel Cullen; Benjamin Gross; Will Jordan; and Andrew Jason Cohen will participate in a conference about the Declaration of Independence at 250 at Oglethorpe University on February 25-26.
Oglethorpe University will host a small conference devoted to the theme of the enduring (or not) character of the principles articulated in the Declaration of Independence. There will be two keynote speakers, a faculty roundtable, and two student panels.
