Wisconsin Civic Educators Summit: Foundations of Civic Culture
This one-day summit is hosted in partnership between the Jack Miller Center, Sphere Education Initiatives, and the Wisconsin Institute for Citizenship & Civil Dialogue.
This summit will provide an opportunity for Wisconsin social studies teachers and curriculum leaders to talk about America250, civil dialogue, and free speech. The day will include plenary panels and breakout discussions, allowing participants to engage with local educators and national thought leaders and to walk away with classroom-ready strategies and resources.
The summit will be held on Saturday, October 4 from 9 am – 4 pm in Wausau. Participants will receive a $150 stipend upon completion of the program.
