Jeremy Mhire is the Associate Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Joe D. Waggonner Professor of Political Science at Louisiana Tech University.
His research is focused on topics such as the history of natural rights, political legitimacy, and democratic sustainability. Previously, Mhire was a visiting professor in the Core Curriculum at Columbia University, a visiting fellow in the Center for American Political Studies and Government at Harvard University, and a post-doctoral fellow in the Program on Constitutional Government at the University of Virginia.
Dr. Mhire received his Ph.D. from Louisiana State University.
