Florida Council for the Social Studies Conference

The Florida Council for the Social Studies is holding its 67th annual conference at the Florida Hotel & Conference Center in Orlando. Social studies educators from around the state will gather for presentations related to the year’s theme: “Surviving the Test of Time: Inquiry, Innovation, and Ingenuity.” Jack Miller Center Teacher Education Fellow Benjamin Boyce will be leading a session for social studies teachers on using counter-factuals to engage student learning. Be sure to stop by our table for some JMC swag!
