The Bill of Rights: Civil Liberty and American Democracy

The Forum on Liberty and the American Founding is a monthly reading group for undergraduate students at Coastal Carolina University interested in advanced readings in American political thought. This semester, students are using the reader developed for the Cincinnatus Center’s Bill of Rights Bootcamp to explore the history and interpretation of the Bill of Rights.
